Our milk is 100% pure milk.  We add nothing to it, including permeate. Freedom is the operative word on Berrima Ridge Farm. From dawn to dusk, every day is a new adventure for the hens, especially seeking out any forbidden areas. They sleep in five mobile hen houses which are moved regularly, a bit like a gypsy caravan without the horse, but moved by an old beat-up Hilux. Five Maremma dogs are on duty day and night. Vehicular traffic gives way to pedestrian hens, which may take a little while, as they ponder why they are crossing the road anyway. Read more...
